After over 23 years in a leadership role within BrettYoung, Wayne Unger will be retiring December 31, 2022. Wayne joined BrettYoung in 1998 and has been involved in the Canadian forage and turf seed industry since 1995.

BrettYoung is pleased to announce that they have broken ground on a substantial expansion of the company’s seed handling and processing capabilities at its Winnipeg, Manitoba headquarters. This investment enhances BrettYoung’s ability to satisfy the needs of its seed production partners and meet end-use customer demand for its improved seed varieties. The investment, which is notably the largest capital investment in BrettYoung’s history, will add over 60,000 sq. ft. devoted to receiving, storing, cleaning, processing, and packaging turf grass seed.
